Gold and Silver Bullion products are non-refundable, no exceptions.
Graded Numismatic coins are fully refundable. We have a "No
Questions Asked" return policy within 2 weeks from date
of shipping.
Payment Options:
We accept the following types of payment: Visa, Master Card,
personal checks, certified checks, and money orders. All paypal
accounts must have confirmed addresses. We will not accept a
paypal payment from an unconfirmed address.
Ordering Procedure:
If you are going to send a money order or personal check you
must either e-mail or call your order in to our company. We
will then give you the proper shipping & insurance rates
along with a confirmation number. Any checks or money orders
without the valid confirmation number will be returned.
Shipping Methods:
We ship either USPS priority or FEDEX Ground fully insured.
Purchaser is responsible for all shipping and insurance costs.
